Mark brings a rare combination of technical ability, communication, and leadership to Ownership Advisors. With both a Master's Degree in Financial Planning and Taxation, along with his Certified Financial Planning designation, Mark is uniquely qualified to serve even our most demanding wealth management clients. Prior to joining Ownership Advisors, Mark was head of financial and estate planning for the largest independent brokerage firm in the U.S. Most recently, Mark worked with some of the most successful high net-worth families in the area, managing over $170 million for a large local bank.

Mark brings unusual passion to help those less fortunate than himself. Right out of college, his first job was teaching disadvantaged young people how to work. According to Mark, "I was blessed to be raised in a great family with strong values and work ethic. Giving back was something I learned early on."
Mark and his wife, Sarah, live in Hudson and enjoy sharing time with their two young daughters, one son and extended family. Mark is very involved with his local church and enjoys leading a small Bible study in his spare time. He also plays soccer in a weekend men's league.

Through his unique ability and process, he acts as a consultant to the best advisors in the area on the subjects of advanced life insurance design, analysis and strategy development.
While Art has invested the time and dedication necessary to earn industry designations such as Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Laureate in Wealth Strategies, it is through decades of experience working with affluent and ultra-affluent families that make him a world class addition to any team. A native of Wisconsin, Art arrived in northeast Ohio in 1997 as the Branch Manager for one of our M Financial Group partner firms. Today he is the Senior Design Consultant for Ownership Advisors and our risk management division, Insurance Design Group.
Art lives in Strongsville where he enjoys spending time with his wife and soul mate, Dawn Gerz, a nurse manager at The Cleveland Clinic. Between them they have four children, a couple of cats and a dog. They enjoy reading, movies, biking, fine wine, Wisconsin cheese and entertaining.

Sheryl GrospitchWith over 15 years in the service industry, Sheryl brings grace and charm to every visitor to our office. Sheryl greets our guests with a smile as big as Montana and shares her gifts of hospitality with everyone she meets. In addition to her role as Vice President of First Impressions, Sheryl assists our clients by providing administrative support to our management team.
Sheryl and her husband Rick are residents of Seven Hills and active members of St. Columbkille. Both are avid baseball fans and they spend much of their spare time following their son Jake's traveling team.

Jesse Kate BailJesse grew up in a small farming town in Western Mass. where she worked on her family's farm raising Morab competitive trail horses. She learned the value of hard work at a young age by helping out at the neighboring dairy farm. In keeping with family tradition, Jesse joined the Army and served our country for three years while stationed in Germany.
Once out of the service, Jesse took a position with a large tax firm where she helped administer payroll services for small family business owners. Later, as an office manager for a successful wealth management firm, Jesse honed her skills working in a team environment to deliver great service experiences. In her role as Director of Operations, Jesse embraces the idea of Raving Fan service and brings creative ideas on how to continually improve our systems and processes.
With over 10 years of financial service experience, Jesse brings a unique perspective to getting things done. Her gentle but firm management style is appreciated by our clients and our team.
Jesse and her husband Jason enjoy the challenge and joy of raising four children. She loves gardening, boating and music. Jesse is currently finishing up her degree in psychology.

Connie WilsonConnie Wilson brings over 25 years of years of experience in the financial service industry. She views her role as client advocate very seriously and brings to Ownership Advisors clients a comprehensive understanding of the financial and estate planning needs of the ultra affluent. In her position as Chief Underwriter, Connie manages large and complex life insurance transactions to insure that our clients have a great experience. As Chief Underwriter, Connie is in charge of gathering sensitive medical and financial information and making sure that confidentiality is protected throughout the process. She then packages this information for submission to a range of insurance companies to begin the process of negotiating for the best product and pricing on behalf of our clients. In her role as your advocate, she is there to help clients get the right product at the best price by having the top carriers in the country compete for their business. Connie is also responsible for making sure that once an insurance plan is in place, our clients continue to receive Raving Fan service for as long as they own the policy.
