Richard Tanner

As president and founder of Ownership Advisors, Richard is passionate about helping successful families manage, protect and transfer their total wealth. Richard is the creator of The PurposedWealth System, a unique process for affluent families and entrepreneurs to build alignment between financial wealth and life purpose. With over twenty years of experience, Richard has authored many articles on business succession and charitable estate planning. Mark Van Drunen

Enthusiasm, confidence and compassion are what people say after meeting Mark Van Drunen. His strong analytical skills and warm demeanor help Mark deliver Raving Fan Service to our wealth management clients.

Mark brings a rare combination of technical ability, communication, and leadership to Ownership Advisors. With both a Master's Degree in Financial Planning and Taxation, along with his Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner designation, Mark is uniquely qualified to serve even our most demanding wealth management clients. Prior to joining Ownership Advisors, Mark was head of financial and estate planning for the largest independent brokerage firm in the U.S. Most recently, Mark worked with some of the most successful high net-worth families in the area, managing over $170 million for a large local bank.

Mark brings unusual passion to help those less fortunate than himself. Right out of college, his first job was teaching disadvantaged young people how to work. According to Mark, "I was blessed to be raised in a great family with strong values and work ethic. Giving back was something I learned early on."

Mark and his wife, Sarah, live in Hudson and enjoy sharing time with their two young daughters, one son and extended family. Mark is very involved with his local church and enjoys leading a small Bible study in his spare time. He also plays soccer in a weekend men's league.

Sheryl Grospitch

With a plethora of experience in the service industry, Sheryl brings grace and charm to every visitor to our office. Sheryl greets our guests with a smile and shares her gifts of hospitality with everyone she meets. In addition to her role as Vice President of First Impressions, Sheryl assists our clients by providing administrative support to our management team.

Sheryl and her husband Rick are residents of Seven Hills, OH and are active members of St. Michael’s Parish. They enjoy good restaurants, Cleveland history, Cleveland Indians Baseball and spending time with their friends and family. They are both actively involved with various organizations and charities in their community.

Connie Wilson

Connie Wilson brings over 25 years of years of experience in the financial service industry. She views her role as client advocate very seriously and brings to Ownership Advisors clients a comprehensive understanding of the financial and estate planning needs of the ultra affluent. In her position as Chief Underwriter, Connie manages large and complex life insurance transactions to insure that our clients have a great experience. As Chief Underwriter, Connie is in charge of gathering sensitive medical and financial information and making sure that confidentiality is protected throughout the process. She then packages this information for submission to a range of insurance companies to begin the process of negotiating for the best product and pricing on behalf of our clients. In her role as your advocate, she is there to help clients get the right product at the best price by having the top carriers in the country compete for their business. Connie is also responsible for making sure that once an insurance plan is in place, our clients continue to receive Raving Fan service for as long as they own the policy.

Ally Werden

Ally grew up in Ohio where she attended the University of Akron. After graduating with a degree in financial planning and psychology, she entered the financial services industry starting with a large regional bank supporting a financial advisor. Over the next three years she obtained her Series 7, 66 and life insurance designations. In her next position with Charles Schwab, Ally discovered her love of numbers and helping people. For the next three years, she specialized in retirement plans and investments before joining the Ownership Advisors team in 2017. Ally supports our wealth management division and has become an expert at analyzing financial data and creating in depth financial plans. She’s currently in the process of completing her CFP® certification.

Ally brings enthusiasm and a cheerful spirit to our team and to every meeting she participates in. Ally hopes to be like her 91-year old grandma who she calls her “hero” because grandma is such a hard worker and always has something good to say about other people. Ally and her husband Jason live in Sagamore Hills and are expecting their first child in June.

Lori Coonen

Lori Coonen is a Certified Wealth Consultant and Regional Director with The Heritage Institute, Portland, OR. She works with families who want to enhance their connection, communication and stewardship now and in the future. Lori has over fifteen years experience in personal financial planning and heritage planning. Her focus is on connecting generations by guiding clients to discover and articulate their values, visions and the legacy they want to live now and the legacy they wish to leave for generations that follow. To accomplish that goal, Lori facilitates family meetings to create a culture of communication and trust that supports multi-generational family unity. In the process she builds and facilitates fully collaborative teams that include the clients and other professional advisors.

Lori is a lifelong learner and in her free time she enjoys playing sports, reading, watching her favorite NFL team - the Green Bay Packers, driving and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles with her husband, Roland and their daughter, Miranda. Lori volunteers at Miranda's school and is actively involved in her church and with several other community organizations.

She received her CFP from the College of Financial Planning, Denver, CO; Bachelor of Science - Carroll College, Waukesha, WI.

Lori is a member of the FPA - Northeast Wisconsin Chapter, Fox Valley Estate Plan Council, Advisors in Philanthropy, EWGA, and the Women's Fund of the Fox Valley Region - Development Committee and co-chair of the Events Committee.
